Five GTA Colleges -- Centennial, George Brown, Humber, Sheridan, and Seneca -- are offering Occupation Specific Language Training courses at no cost* to newcomers who:   GTA January 1, 1970   " Windfall Centre announces new program to support new canadian youth employment and development" Providing youth who have arrived in Canada in the last 5 years with specialized education in energy efficiency, renewable energy and water conservation. Participating newcomer youth will receive a "Green Leaders Certificate" for their various environmental contributions. They will participate in a volunteer work placement offered at established partner organizations. Youth will build networks in the environmental field, learn sector specific language and gain meaningful work experience.   Aurora July 25, 2011 to September 27, 2013 in progress
