Findhelp is seeking an Executive Director.
Established as Community Information Toronto in 1971, today Findhelp is a charitable, non-profit organization dedicated to helping people find the community, social, health and government services they need. Each year, Findhelp serves millions of clients, including vulnerable citizens who face barriers to accessing services.
A recognized leader in information and referral, Findhelp operates one of the largest multilingual 211 centres in North America, provides Canada's only information and referral training program, and offers services at the provincial and national levels and beyond. To further grow and develop this best practice organization of 80+ employees, the Board seeks a new. Executive Director.
Responsibilities:
Findhelp's goals are ambitious: continue to build a centre of excellence in information and referral; deliver high-quality services and training solutions for the human services sector; and proactively pursue opportunities for collaboration and partnerships. Reporting to a volunteer Board, you will be accountable for the strategic and operational leadership and direction of Findhelp.
Qualifications:
A relationship builder and influencer, you enjoy working with multiple external stakeholders, have at least five years of senior management experience in a unionized setting, and are passionate about quality service delivery.
