Childminding Monitoring, Advisory and Support (CMAS) is offering a two day workshop for ISAP programs interested in operating Occasional Child Care (OCC).
This two-day training will provide program managers who are responsible for the initial development and operation of the program as well as others who will work on the day to day operations of the program with the tools to set up OCC.
The OCC Training is geared to help you start up, operate and maintain a successful Occasional child care program. Organizations are able to send up to 2 representatives for the training. All participants will receive a copy of the new OCC Operations Manual.
Training Sessions will be held in different regions from the last week of October and early November 2007. Participants who need to travel and stay overnight may be eligible for reimbursement for transportation and accommodation.
Invitations have been sent to all organizations funded for ISAP.
If you have not received an invitation and wish to participate, please contact Denise Edwards (see below) to register for the sessions.
